The place where the mediation is to be carried out can always be waived with the agreement of the parties and ADR Center.

In order to take advantage of the professionalism of ADR Center mediators throughout Italy, the parties may agree in advance to file and carry out mediation in a location of ADR Center other than the place of territorial jurisdiction. In some cases, ADR Center may make use of the offices of other Bodies through specific agreements pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 1, letter t) of Ministerial Decree no. 150/2023.
