At its headquarters, ADR Center provides parties to a dispute and their lawyers with an experienced staff and a select group of skilled mediators who, every day, work to resolve even the most difficult disputes.

ADR Center Global is the international network of mediation centers affiliated to ADR Center with a panel of mediators specialized in transactional mediations of over 25 nationalities. The place where the mediation is to be carried out can always be waived with the agreement of the parties and ADR Center.

In order to take advantage of the professionalism of ADR Center mediators throughout Italy, the parties may agree in advance to file and carry out mediation in a location of ADR Center other than the place of territorial jurisdiction. In some cases, ADR Center may make use of the offices of other Bodies through specific agreements pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 1, letter t) of Ministerial Decree no. 150/2023.
