Biography

A Supreme Court lawyer, he has been practicing between Rome and Milan since 2001, co-owner of the Fiore Morra law firm, founded in 1938. He has been registered since 2010 in the lists of Professional Mediators, and has carried out, as a Mediator, with a high success rate, hundreds of complex cases, some of considerable value, in disputes of contract law, international law, obligations, real estate and inheritance law, compensation for damages and medical liability. In addition to Italy, he trained in Mediation in the USA and Canada. Specialist in the resolution of domestic and international disputes in the field of Industrial Law, Contracts, Real Estate and Succession Law, Civil Liability and Medical Liability.
