Leonardo D’Urso

Co-founder and sole director of ADR Center, he has been involved in ADR for 27 years full-time. He has managed as a mediator over a hundred national and international disputes between companies, acquiring particular experience in the restructuring of commercial and corporate agreements following disputes. He is an expert in ODR (On-Line Dispute Resolution) systems and in the implementation of CSM (Conflict Management Systems) for large companies. He is a professor of negotiation and mediation techniques and author of several publications in the field.

Fabio Luciani

A lawyer registered with the Free Court of Verona, he is a member of the Deontological Commission of the Verona Bar Association. Lecturer at ADR Center for refresher courses for mediators, he also teaches at Altalex in masters on industrial law. Lecturer in various Italian universities (Urbino, Verona) of comparative public law and forms of ADR in Anglo-Saxon countries and of European legislation on biotechnology and biosafety. He has taught in several master's degrees in the field of industrial law (University of Camerino and Macerata, Polytechnic of Milan, ICE) and in management and innovation in public administrations (University of Verona). He collaborated, with a period of stay in Berkeley (California) as a visiting professor, in the research and study activity with Prof. Giuseppe De Palo for the drafting of the text Alternative Dispute Resolution. He has participated as a speaker at various conferences on ADR and industrial law.

Valeria Mondino

A lawyer, he works in the civil, judicial and extrajudicial fields of family law and succession, real estate and condominium law, urban planning and leases, medical liability, highway code and road accidents, consumer rights, accidents and compensation for damages, as well as labor law.

Monica Romano

A lawyer, in his profession he mainly deals with business law through consultancy and litigation management, negotiation and drafting of contracts, as well as legal recovery of business credits, a sector in which he has gained over 25 years of experience. In particular, on the legal recovery of credit, she has been awarded by a leading Italian company as 'lawyer of the year' and is often interviewed as an expert appearing in magazines and newspapers (including Sole24Ore, Dossier Piemonte, Nea).

Valerio Battaglia

A practicing lawyer since 2016, he has gained significant experience in civil law, with a particular focus on labor law. He trained and worked for over a decade with the law firm Gabellini e Associati—which specializes in labor law—primarily providing legal assistance to workers involved in disputes handled through the CGIL (Rome North-Civitavecchia-Viterbo Chamber of Labor).

Andrea Zanello

Civil lawyer with legal representation at the Higher Courts since 1996, with prevalent experience in the field of individual and collective labour disputes, dealt with (with conciliatory definition in about 80% of cases) both out of court (including institutional conciliation venues) and judicial. He takes care of training and professional updating for the National Bar Association – Roman Section as an organizer and speaker of courses, seminars and conferences on civil, labor, media-conciliation and deontological issues, in the classroom and online, accredited by the Council of the Bar Association of Rome and the National Bar Council. He is also a crisis manager in over-indebtedness procedures.
