Site content storage
For the purposes of registration and maintenance in the register of mediation bodies kept by the Ministry of Justice, and in accordance with the efficiency requirements provided for by art. 6, paragraph 1, letter u) of Ministerial Decree 150/2023, ADR Center has this website, suitable for periodically storing and archiving the contents for a period of not less than five years. The system guarantees the historicization of information and its consultation through permanent links, with
ADR Center’s commitment to ensure its updating and functionality. Access to the permanent links by date is by means of a password communicated to the Registry Office of the Ministry of Justice.
