Andrea Buti

Lawyer, with a diploma in civil law, he deals with issues related to the relationship between law and information technologies (privacy, electronic signatures, certified email, computer crimes, e-commerce). Professor of Law and Conciliation Techniques at the School of Law of the University of Camerino and in courses for mediators at the same University; he has also taught as part of the Master International Business Law at the La Sapienza University of Rome and held several seminars and courses on mediation and arbitration at a basic and advanced level at multiple Chambers of Commerce and public bodies. He has been a speaker at numerous national and international conferences on ADR.

Alessandro Mingarelli

He trained professionally first at the Ernst & Young Tax Law Firm in Milan (Ancona office) and, later, from 2006, in professional firms in Macerata where he has always dealt with business consultancy and contracts, banking law and bankruptcy law. Since 2005 he has been a trustee of credit institutions, for which he takes care of the forced recovery of credit and which he assists in numerous disputes regarding compound interest and usury, securities management contracts, ordinary clawback. In 2014 he co-founded Iurislab in Macerata, a multidisciplinary law firm aimed at providing business advice to SMEs. In recent years he has gained professional experience in the field of IT law and energy law. In this context, he deals with the drafting of contracts (PPA, procurement, development services, O&M), assistance and advice to client companies in the authorization process of the plant as well as in acquisition and sale of existing plants (legal due diligence). Since 2019 Member and member of the Legal-Regulatory working group of the ItaliaSolare Association.
